Photos of Some of Our Projects
On the left is a 1903 Springfield chambered in 25-06. It wears an Elkridge Wild Cat stock. I installed a Timmy trigger and used a heavy Adam & Bennett barrel.
The firearm to the right is a 240 Wby built on a 98 Mauser action. I did not build this rifle but did replace the stock with a Elkridge roll over stock. The owner had a little accident while on a horseback hunt and the old stock was crushed when the horse rolled over on it.
The rifle pictured above is a Ruger 77 MKII chambered in 25-06. This project started out with a new action chambered in 270 Win. The customer already had a .270 and decided he wanted it in a different chambering. We used a Montana Rifleman barrel 26” long. The rifle was Duracoated and dressed with a Elkridge Snow Tiger laminated stock. The trigger was tuned and broke at 3 pounds.
This rifle is a 6mm Dasher built on a Remington 700 short action. It has a Montana Rifleman barrel, Holland's recoil reducer, Tubb's recoil lug and a Choate Varmint Stock with a Lauer Finish. We also built a 22-250 Ackly Improved on the customer’s other 700 action using the same componets. Both shot 1/4 MOA.
A Taurus PT 92 in Trijcon Dark Earth. This was a well woren blued sample that we spiffed up with a little new finish.
